Reclaimed Chicago Bricks
These tiles have been reclaimed from old factory demolitions. The characteristic colors of the Chicago region clay give a very appealing hue to rustic flooring. They show a rich patina as well as the stamp of the factory of origin.
The bricks are approximately 3 3/4 x 8 and are shaved to about 5/8” thick, give or take 1/8". They can also be ordered for wall veneer as 2 /4 x 8 x 3/4” thick or as the original solid brick size.
They are not suitable for outdoor floor settings where deep frost occurs.
The bricks shown have been sealed with wax and grouted with "Parchment" from TEC.
